1976 – Creation of GEOS Ingénieurs Conseils

GEOS Ingénieurs Conseils was established in Geneva (Switzerland) by René Marche and Alain Ménoret

1979 – Creation of SERT Lausanne

The engineering company SERT was founded in Lausanne (Switzerland) by Jean-François Nicod and Jean-Michel Simon.

1984-1989 Great Man Made River Project in Libya

Design of all the geotechnical works, conditions of execution in excavation of 8m deep and of 4 m of diameter aqueduct.

1987-1993 Tunnel of Confignon in Geneva

Construction of a 2-tube motorway tunnel: Full project, submission, general and local management of works, behavior monitoring.

1989 – Creation of GEOS Archamps

To develop its business, GEOS Geneva creates a sister company of the same name at Archamps (74), in neighboring France

1999-2000 Rehabilitation of tunnel Mont-Blanc in Chamonix

Project Management Assistance for preliminary works. Elaboration of the Project Management consultation dossier for the rehabilitation of the tunnel. Project management and management of the tunnel safety works on 2 kilometers.

1999-2004 Tunnel of Loetschberg in Switzerland

Participation in a group Project Management

2001 – GEOS acquires SERT

GEOS Geneva becomes majority shareholder of SERT Lausanne.

2005 – GEOS integrates the INGEROP Engineering Group

GEOS joins the INGEROP Engineering Group located in Rueil-Malmaison (92).

2006-2008 Motorway A41 Nord Section Geneva-Annecy

Assistance to the project management and mission of expertise for the Technical Department

2007 – SERT becomes GEOS Lausanne

SERT Lausanne becomes a branch of GEOS Ingénieurs Conseils in Switzerland.

Since 2011 – Project of the East Wing of the Geneva Airport

Complete Project management: infrastructures, installations & networks

2011 – Creation of GEOS Ile-de-France

Within the framework of its development, GEOS Archamps founds a second establishment based on the premises of INGEROP in Ile de France.

Since 2012 – Project CIGEO Site: Haute-Marne & Meuse

Project management system: draft studies of civil engineering of “underground works” and Assistance to the General Contractor for the Preliminary Phase (APS) and the Detailed Phase (APD).

Since 2013 – Line 15 of subway « Grand Paris Express »

Design studies in pre-project (AVP) and project (PRO) phases
